回复 黄启仲 :千万不要忘记本片根据丛深同名话剧改编。 在一个绿树环抱的工人新村里，一栋两层的小楼住着某电机厂车间主任丁海宽一家。他和自己的老伴、小女儿住在楼下，儿子丁少纯和儿媳姚玉娟，还有亲家母住在楼上。丁少纯出身工人家庭，受家庭影响从小思想纯朴，参加工作以后在父亲的车间当工人。他原来是一个有理想有抱负的青年，工作积极热情负责任，曾多次被选为先进生产者。自从他与姚玉娟恋爱结婚后，便同经营过鲜货铺子老板的丈母娘住在一起。这位丈母娘善于钻营投机，千方百计追求吃穿，为了赚钱不惜损人利己，损公肥私。同时，她也常常向丁少纯灌输吃喝享乐的思想，逐渐地使丁少纯的思想发生了潜移默化的变化。丁少纯开始看不惯自己家纯朴的作风，生活上追求享受，借钱买了皮夹克和毛料裤等时髦的服装，见到母亲到外边去捡煤核，觉得是给自己丢面子。从此，他工作消极不负责任，屡出事故。对于父亲丁海宽和好朋友季友良的多次批评提醒，丁少纯置若罔闻，毫无觉醒，仍然我行我素。为了还债，他听信丈母娘的话，去打野鸭子卖钱。而且，丁少纯擅自离开工作岗位，旷工去打野鸭子。他离开岗位时，慌乱之中把家门的钥匙掉在了正在装配的大型电动机里。丁少纯打野鸭子回来，发现钥匙丢失，急出了一身冷汗。他的岳母为了哄骗丁少纯。竟然又配了一把钥匙，将自己原来的那把钥匙假充为丁少纯丢失的钥匙，险些给工厂酿成重大事故。幸亏丁少纯的父亲丁海宽及时发现并帮助找回了钥匙，才避免了事故的发生。这件事情使丁少纯终于醒悟，在父亲和同志们的帮助下，他认识了自己的错误，知道自己已经滑到了危险的边缘，决心痛改前非，注意思想改造。姚玉娟也从中吸取了教训，提高了觉悟，在思想上与母亲划清了界线。
