At a Carnival Party in Singapore, Matt planned to woo his girlfriend Jesse McCarran (Laura vandervoort), but he encountered a sudden tragedy. Both of them died in the explosion caused by a human bomb. I don't know how long it took, Matt woke up again, but found himself in a strange space. This film is adapted from the novel of the same name and made into four Mini dramas by the science fiction channel.
